The free and confidential counselling service available to Coles team members. This service is delivered by Converge, an external provider of EAP and other mental health support services. This program covers Sexual harassment invesitgations, bullying/harassment invesitgations and workplace grievance investigations.
Access up-to 6 1hr sessions with a specially experienced clinician. Sessions are delivered by phone or video Call. After completing this form, Converge will reach out to you within 2 business days to schedule your first session. You will then work directly with your counsellor to manage any follow-up sessions.
